3. Prom
- Tuesday, June 4
- Students must attend Pre-Prom Meeting: Choices and Consequences on April 3, 2024
- Madison Students attending prom must be on track to graduation with no dean’s record
- Any Madison student can attend prom as a guest of a senior, if they are on track to graduate and have no dean’s record.
- Hand in both permission slip(s) and notary form(s) to room 120 no later than May 1
- Bring a valid photo ID (Madison ID or state ID)
- Complete Google Form to request seating in room 120
- (Prom is a sit down dinner and students will design their own seating arrangements)
- Pick up a permission slip in room 120
You can now purchase tickets for yourself, or for a guest in Room 118 with Ms. Cruz!
